We've taken on the growing Wellness market and re-invented it from the ground up. Our offering doesn't just work for pet owners, it also works brilliantly for busy clinics of all sizes, helping them turn preventative advice into ongoing and convenient subscriptions.
As pet lovers, we didn't agree with the pet Insurance being offered to Australian pet owners. Recent comments from Choice have shown we weren't alone. We've worked with vets, and joined up with Allied World, to design a simple and clear pet insurance for Australian pet owners.

Wellness Plans

Wellness plans involve taking a proactive opproach to pet care. Instead of waiting until something goes wrong, with a wellness plan your customers pay a flat monthly fee and get whatever you decide to include in the plan.

What is the Pet Help Program

When you become a referrer of Knose, 5% of base premiums paid by your referred customers will go into a local Pet Help Fund. Your clinic can then use the money you build-up in the program to support pet owners who are under financial hardship.

By working with Knose you're not only helping your customers and your cllinic, you're also helping local pets and wildlife that may otherwise not be able to receive care.

We offer a full end-to-end solution including building, promoting, administering and supporting your plans.  We make plans as simple as possible for clinic staff by taking on the most time consuming and costly aspects such as managing payments and logistics.  If a client’s credit card payment fails, we’ll contact them on your behalf.  If a delivery doesn’t arrive, we’ll manage the customer interactions and reshipping. Plus, much more.

You can become an insurance referral partner and not join the Pet Help Program. If you prefer you can specify how the funds are used for instance directing them to a local animal charity such as an animal rescue service.  

We are very clear with all the clinics we work with about what we will contact your clients about and how we will contact them.  Transparency is part of our policy. We want you to keep referring so we treat all referred clients like a customer.  For example, we won’t make lots of sales calls to a referred customer nor will we try to sell them other services or share their details.  Still not sure, give us a call and we’ll put you in touch with other clinics we already work with because we believe they would all say we treat referred customers with care and respect. 

Yes, we have a team of experts who can work with you and your team.  We call them Customer Success Managers, they help vet clinics with ongoing training, resources and continuous support. 

Wellness plans primarily help your clients maintain the proactive, preventive care you recommend.  But there are many other benefits including convenience, budgeting and in some cases earlier disease detection.
